• The balloons will be filled with normal air and not helium or gas that could be harmful.
• Please provide a stool or ladder for the decorator to reach the ceiling.
• The decorator will not wait for more than 30 minutes at the location from the chosen time slot.
• Same day booking is available
• Before booking kindly check the availability.
• Cancellation Policy - 80% refund if cancellation is done 1 day in advance. No cancellation on the same day.
• Your address, balloon color, & any other personal preferences will be taken over an email after your booking.
• Some add-ons might not be available for same-day bookings. Please confirm before making the payment.
• Decorator details will be shared with you on the performance day of your booking

No you can't ,The scheduling of the decorators is done only after we have received a confirmed booking. The booking will be confirmed only after you have booked it online.
Yes, we can. We have packages for custom themes like baby shower, baby welcome, Minion ,Doraemon . mickey mouse etc and more.
Yes, we can. But you will be required to take prior permission from the hotel/venue for decoration.
Yes you can we have all the basic colours. During booking, you are asked for your colour preferences. You have the option to choose up to 2 colours or you can choose multi-colour balloons for your decoration.
No there are no hidden charges the payment that you make online is full and final.
