The words Cake Smash sounds fun and amusing, and when these two words are associated with kids, they are just beyond adorable and cute.

Imagine a sight of baby splish-splashing a cake all over and on him, that is exactly what we are talking about. Cake Smash Photography involves the photo shoot of a baby usually carried out on his/her first birthday. 

Cake Smash Photography captures your baby’s unique personality and pure, innocent joy for a series of memorable photos you can look back on and enjoy throughout the years.

FAQs CANCELLATION POLICY

What happens after I have made the booking ?

You will receive a mail confirmation on the e-mail id you used while booking. On the day of performance, you will receive the decorator details via SMS. sms test 

Can I pay in cash after the work is completed ?

No you can't ,The scheduling of the decorators is done only after we have received a confirmed booking. The booking will be confirmed only after you have booked it online.

I want a customised theme decoration, can you do it ?

Yes, we can. We have packages for custom themes like baby shower, baby welcome, Minion ,Doraemon . mickey mouse etc and more.

Can you decorate a hotel room or any other venue ?

Yes, we can. But you will be required to take prior permission from the hotel/venue for decoration.

Can I choose my preferred colour balloons ?

Yes you can we have all the basic colours. During booking, you are asked for your colour preferences. You have the option to choose up to 2 colours or you can choose multi-colour balloons for your decoration.

Do I have to pay anything extra to the decorator ?

No there are no hidden charges the payment that you make online is full and final.

Cancellation Policy

  • More than 24 hours before experience: Cancellation with 90% Refund
  • 6 hours to 24 hours before an experience: Cancellation with 50% Refund
  • Less than 6 hours before experience: No Refund on Cancellation
  • No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for 13th and 14th February as these are Valentine's Special Packages.

Reschedule Policy

  • More than 24 hours before experience: Rescheduling at Zero Fee
  • 6 hours to 24 hours before experience: Rescheduling at 20?e
  • Less than 6 hours before experience: No Rescheduling
  • No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for 13th and 14th February as these are Valentine's Special Packages. No Re-Schedule possible for experiences booked for 13th and 14th February as these are Valentine's Special Packages.

Other Info

  • Cake and Bouquet cannot be cancelled on same day of your experience.
  • If there is a complaint notice must be given to Festivity Events within 2 hours of experience delivery time.
  • To officially cancel or reschedule an experience kindly reply to booking confirmation email saying "I want to cancel my experience, please initiate the cancellation process" or "Kindly reschedule my experience to XX.YY.ZZ date or to a later date"
