Festivity Events Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Below is our cancellation policy:

• If you need to cancel your event decoration order:
  • If cancellation is made at least 7 days before the event date, you will receive a full refund of the total amount.
  • If cancellation is made within 7 days of the event date, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
• In case of non-availability:
  • If we are unable to fulfill your order due to non-availability, you will receive a 100% refund of the total amount.
